I enjoy social media platforms such as Pinterest and Instagram to get fashion inspiration. Over the past few weeks, I have discovered a few luxury brands that spoke to my soul (style wise). From dramatic ballgowns to vintage florals, these brands design some of the most gorgeous clothing that I have ever seen. The attention to detail pulls the whole looks together. These designers represent romantic opulence that I crave when it comes to fashion. Looking through their collections, it makes you want to escape to a beautiful place to wear these dreamy pieces.

While they are placed at a higher price level, it is fun to learn more about who they are as a brand and to get inspiration from them to inject into your own personal style.

Brock Collection- Brock Collection is a relatively newer luxury house that was created back in 2014 and based in Los Angeles, California. Its romantic and feminine designs are inspired by the sweet love story of the couple who created the brand together, Laura Vassar Brock and Kristopher Brock.

Giambattista Valli-Giambattista Valli is a couture and ready-to-wear luxury house that made its debut in Paris, France in 2005. This brand is well known for their extravagant tulle ballgowns that have been worn from the likes of Rihanna and Ariana Grande. They are the definition of feminine opulence with their dramatic silhouettes, using luxuries fabrics such as silk and tulle, exquisite draping and pretty floral prints. In 2019, Giambattista Valli did a collaboration with H&M, which was a huge hit.

Cecilie Bahnsen- Designer Cecilie Bahnsen created her brand in 2015 in Copenhagen after she became LVMH'S contest finalist. Her designs are inspired by French and Scandinavian fashion, which creates a modern approach to feminine style. Puff sleeves, pastel colors and tired dresses in handmade fabrics are common elements in her collections.

Although I am currently staying home lounging in my pajamas, I still wanted to show the spring outfits I would wear for the season. As I mentioned previously, spring is the epitome of my personal style. Victorian style, midi dresses, florals and blush pink are my absolute weakness. I could not resist playing dress up in my closet and coming up with feminine outfits, since I now have extra time on my hands. Hopefully this post can serve as inspiration on what to where when things get under control again. Until then, I'll just dream of frolicking in ethereal English gardens on a lovely sunny day in the comfort of my own bed.

This past week has been very hectic for all of us. Due to the recent outbreak of the virus, it is important for us to stay at home if we are able to, until things get under control. Recently, I had to move back home and resume the rest of my spring semester online. Although we need to stay home, that doesn't mean we can't still look stylish! I found comfortable lounge pieces that will make you look fabulous at home. It will help boost productivity and overall mood when you feel good about yourself. From luxurious silk to cozy cashmere, I gathered everything from high street to premium brands that will make you feel chic at home.

I will continue to post weekly to help lift spirits from the current situation. Please stay safe and stay fabulous!
